Legal issues rarely exist in isolation, so advice on one part of a matter takes account of the rest.
We act for business owners, directors and boards on the agreements and structures that carry commercial risk, from a single contract to a sale of the business.
Buying, selling and transferring property runs to a timetable. We handle the legal work so the dates hold and the contract says what you think it says.
Migration decisions turn on evidence and timing. We prepare applications properly the first time, and act quickly when a refusal or cancellation needs review.
Separation is easier to navigate with steady advice and a plan. We look for a negotiated resolution first and go to court when it is genuinely needed.
Clients are kept informed at every stage, with the options set out so decisions can be made with confidence.
Cost, risk and time are weighed against the result before a course of action is recommended.
A single transaction and a complex dispute receive the same care, attention to detail and rigour.
Trust is earned through consistency, and through the quality of advice delivered matter after matter.

Billing by the hour makes legal costs hard to plan around, so most of our work is priced another way.
The scope and the fee are confirmed with you before any billable work begins.
The professional fee stated is the fee for the work described.
If the matter grows beyond its scope, a revised fee is agreed with you before the further work is done, not on the final invoice.

It applies to most matters. You receive a written proposal setting out the scope and the fee, and if the scope later changes, a revised fee is agreed with you before further work is done.
That is common. A business sale can raise lease and employment questions, and a separation can affect a Will, a property title or a visa. Our practices work side by side, so related issues are picked up early and handled together.
